2. This page does not collect personal data

This website is static and does not collect or store personal data. Specifically:

It uses no cookies: neither its own, nor analytical, nor advertising cookies. That is why no cookie banner is shown.
It uses no analytics, statistics, tracking or third-party advertising tools.
It uses no forms that send data: the form on the main page only composes a message in the browser and opens WhatsApp or the email programme with that text already written. Nothing is sent to any server of this page and nothing is stored.
There is no access log with personal data on the part of this page, no database and no commercial communications.

3. Contact by WhatsApp, telephone or email

The contact buttons and links open third-party applications and services (WhatsApp, from Meta; the user's email programme; the phone app). If you choose to write or call through those channels, the data you provide (for example your name, your telephone number and your message) will be processed by those services under their own terms and privacy policies, which are outside this page. The conversation will be used only to answer your enquiry about the vehicle and to handle the possible sale, and will be kept for as long as is necessary for that purpose or as required by law.

4. Recipients and transfers

This page does not disclose or transfer personal data to third parties, because it does not collect any. No international data transfers are made from this page either. If you make contact through WhatsApp or email, the processing is carried out by those platforms under their own policies. The details of your enquiry may be passed on to the vehicle's owner when this is necessary to handle the transaction.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw any consent you have given, by writing to WhatsApp +34 624 05 03 50 or alex.y.baat@gmail.com.
